Terms of Use
1. The game
OUTBREAK: ECHOES is a real-world multiplayer game provided by Executedigital.agency. Features may change. Online hosting may depend on third-party cloud services.
2. Acceptable use
- Play only where you have a right to be.
- Do not use the app to stalk, harass, or endanger anyone.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attack game servers beyond ordinary play.
3. No warranties
The app is provided “as is.” GPS, Bluetooth, and networks can fail. We are not liable for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from outdoor play.
4. Privacy
Use of location and sensors is governed by the Privacy Policy.
5. Operative subscription
Optional monthly auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store (StoreKit) and Google Play (Play Billing). It unlocks ad-free natural-break ads, a lobby flare without watching a video, and online hosting for up to 30 human participants. Free online hosts may host up to 15 human participants. Joining, gameplay, guest play, and offline phone-hosted matches remain free.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Restoring purchases uses the store account on this device; an in-app login is not required.
